Team Development experience required.
Excellent communication skills, as well as, the ability to effectively problem-solve and manage employee relations.
Job Qualifications:
We are looking for creative, high energy, fun people with strong leadership and customer service skills
Ability to lead a team to reach sales goals and maximize talent in each store.
Able to analyze business and react quickly
Knowledge of MS Word- excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be at least 21 years of age and College Degree preferred
Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
Able to travel, including overnight stays when necessary.
